Le nom de domaine principal était INCLUS avec l'hébergement et pendant plusieurs années, je n'ai reçu qu'un avis de renouvellement et ils ont renouvelé le nom de domaine automatiquement. Ils ont envoyé un renouvellement 10/01/19 comme d'habitude et j'ai renouvelé. Soudain et sans AVIS ni AVERTISSEMENT, le nom de domaine a été mis en état de rachat et mon site et mon e-mail ont cessé de fonctionner. Ils me reprochent de ne pas renouveler le nom de domaine! J'ai demandé pourquoi ils n'avaient donné AUCUN AVIS et ils ont prétendu qu'ils l'avaient fait, donc ça DOIT être MA faute de ne pas avoir mis à jour les informations. L'info n'a PAS changé une fois au cours des ANNÉES où j'ai utilisé des webmasters et ils n'ont eu aucun problème à envoyer l'avis de renouvellement d'hébergement. Ils ont foiré et refusent de prendre leurs responsabilités. Je dois maintenant payer 150 $ pour qu'ils essaient de récupérer le nom de domaine. S'ils font une erreur et le possèdent et le réparent, je n'ai aucun problème, mais eux pour faire des excuses et se plaindre à ce sujet est tout simplement inacceptable. Evitez cet endroit! Moins
